Northwest Regional ESD, also known as the Northwest Regional Educational Service District, is one of the leading providers of special education, instructional services and technology support to school districts. It serves more than 20 school districts in Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook and Washington counties in Oregon. The agency offers technology support services related to e-mail hosting, router configuration, testing and assessment, management information systems, and financial information system and payroll support. The Northwest Regional Educational Service District also provides special education administrative support, professional development, regional coordination, home school registration and courier services. Additionally, it administers the Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) and English Language Learner (ELL) programs. Headquartered in Hillsboro, Ore., the Northwest Regional Educational Service District maintains a location in St. Helens, Ore.
