Santana High School, also known as SHS, serves more than 310 students in grades 9 through 12. A California Model Continuation high school, it conducts classes in English, science, mathematics and social studies. Established in 1972, the school operates a library media center and offers guidance counseling services. Santana High School administers gifted and talented education programs. It also operates a family resource center that conducts a range of social activities. The school offers special education sessions for students with learning difficulties. Santana High School additionally provides scholarships, as well as college placement options. It is a part of the Rowland Unified School District.
