Sherman Elementary School serves students in kindergarten through fifth grade. Its academic curriculum provides a range of subjects, such as English, social studies, writing, general science, computers, math, and health and safety. The school also offers a range of language arts course modules, including phonics, phonemics, literature, music, poetry, nursery rhymes, fairy tales and fables. In addition, the school provides meal services, including lunch and milk for all students. Sherman Elementary School also operates a parent-teacher association that sponsors various activities and events of the school, such as basketball tournaments and other social programs. It is a part of the Williamsville Community Unit School District 15, and it is located in Sherman, Ill.
