Founded in 1979 in Athens, GA, BOS has expanded to serving businesses and government agencies across the country, and currently operates across three timezones.
Placements include administrative professionals, accounting and bookkeeping, legal, insurance, healthcare for both clinics and hospitals, call centers and IT professionals, including programmers, hardware and network professionals.
BOS provides a rigorous screening process for applicants, ensuring that each employee meets the needs of each client it serves. Through a combination of skill testing, reference checks and personal interviews, fewer than 1/4 of applicants are selected for placement with a client firm.
