As a division of Greenwood Industries, Residential Exteriors provides a range of design and installation services. The division offers custom roof and sheet metal restoration on historical homes, as well as the design and installation of residential roofing systems on new homes. Founded in 1992, Greenwood Industries has the expertise to install various kinds of roofing systems. With a staff of more than 125 certified roof mechanics, the parent company is affiliated with the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), Associated Subcontractors of Massachusetts (ASM), Building Trade Employers Association (BTEA) and the Better Business Bureau. Greenwood Industries is certified by the Massachusetts Department of Capital Asset Management for work on historical projects.
