Montgomery County Sheriffs Office is a team of more than 115 deputies, over 80 officers and clerical employees. The office operates an administrative division that provides school security, traffic enforcement, dispatching and community education services. Montgomery County Sheriffs Office also operates a legal service division that issues warrants and provides identification, record keeping, bookkeeping and court security services. Its detention facility offers the patrolling of halls and control stations. The office maintains a medical unit, multipurpose, cell and observation rooms and pharmacy, medical and dental areas. Montgomery County Sheriffs Office also provides protection from explosions. It administers a community outreach program and is a part of Montgomery County.
