We guarantee that we will replace pieces that show signs of warping, shrinkage or cracking for 12 months from the time of installation. In rare circumstances, if a substandard piece slips out our doors or a piece doesnt perform well after following correct installation instructions, simply let us know and we will do everything we can to help remedy the problem, even if that means replacing the piece at our expense.
