Founded in 1948, the Santa Ana Educators Association is the exclusive representative of the non-management certificated employees, such as teachers and educational support staff, in the Santa Ana Unified School District. We have about 2600 members and are affiliated with the California Teachers Association and the National Education Association. As a union we negotiate the wages and working conditions of our bargaining unit members as well as help them navigate the local and state bureaucracies.
