In operation for more than 80 years, the Whaley Children s Center is a private agency that provides care services for children and families in crisis in Michigan. The agency operates Mott Residence, which is a facility that includes a kitchen, cottages, and meeting and family rooms. Founded in 1991, Mott Residence offers treatment programs for boys and girls, as well as opportunities to participate in bowling, basketball, roller skating and swimming.
