The Independent Living Center of Southeast Missouri, also known as ILCSEMO, is a community-based, nonprofit, nonresidential organization that offers a range of services to people with various disabilities. The organization promotes the public participation in political processes. It also works for the public awareness of disability issues. The Independent Living Center of Southeast Missouri administers a variety of driving, independent living and transition programs.
