S.A.F.E. House, also known as Stop Abuse in the Family Environment, is a community-based nonprofit organization that provides crisis intervention, support and advocacy services, as well as shelter services for abuse victims. It offers refuge and shelter to victims of domestic violence. The organization provides counseling services to women and children. S.A.F.E. House additionally offers case management and wrap-around services. It operates a counseling and advocacy center that offers anger management, substance abuse treatment, and individual and group counseling services. In addition, the organization provides several community education, outreach and volunteer opportunities and conducts treatment classes for those who choose to batter. Established in 1994, S.A.F.E. House is located in Henderson, Nev.
