Hill Resources, Inc., was founded in 1991 to provide safe, high quality programs for people with developmental challenges such as Mental Retardation. Our philosophy is to approach each person served as if they were a part of our own family. We believe that God owns everything and that we are stewards of His resources. Therefore, we seek His guidance when considering the needs of each person requesting our services and in the selection of employees who service in our organization. We are licensed and certified by the State of Texas and the Department of Labor to provide the following MHMR services: ICF-MR; HCS; case management; residential; nursing; vocational; and day habilitation services. Serving West Texas to include Abilene, Sweetwater, and Big Springs areas. Also visit our sister organization Living Resources, LLC.

Living Resources, LLC, was founded in 2000 to provide safe, quality programs for people with developmental challenges based in Sweetwater, Texas and further serving the West Texas area. Our philosophy is to approach each person served as if they were a part of our own family. We believe that God owns everything and that we are stewards of His resources. Therefore, we seek His guidance when considering the needs of each person requesting our services and in the selection of employees who service in our organization.

Mission Statement: The mission of Meals on Wheels Plus is to enhance the quality of life for seniors and other eligible adults by providing nutritionally balanced meals and supportive services. Meals on Wheels Plus is not a chapter of a national organization. The program in Abilene is a private, non-profit organization with a 30 member Board of Directors.

Founded in 1980, Noah Project operates several centers to serve the victims of domestic violence. It offers emergency shelter services and provides food, clothing, toiletries and household items. The organization provides education assistance, crisis advocacy, and information and referral services. Noah Project offers legal services for cases related to spousal support, child custody and the division of property. Additionally, it provides the Healing Hurting Hearts program, which includes training related to anger management for children and youths. The organization also offers outreach services, as well as maintains a resale shop. Noah Project offers services throughout Haskell, Knox, Stonewall, Throckmorton and Jones counties in Texas. It maintains a shelter home in Abilene, Texas.
