Parents Place is Waukesha County's family resource center for families with children ages 0-18. It collaborates and maintains a network of community service providers while offering services like parent and child educational and support groups, information and referral, crisis support, on-site child care, networking opportunities, community awareness and special events. Parents Place works in conjuction with the Prevention and Protection of Abused Children (PPAC).

Parents Place offers these resources to the general public. Anyone that feels they can benefit in any way from these programs is welcome to participate.

Founded in 1975, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee is a nonprofit agency and provides a variety of services for children. It administers a community-based mentoring program that serves more than 300 community members every year.
