After many years of working in the and indoor air quality business and seeing things in the industry he thought needed changing, Scott decided it was time to own his own Charlotte HVAC company and to model it after the values he believed in: personal, hands-on customer service, an emphasis on complete satisfaction, and performing services without any hidden costs or "surprises."
