Studio 101 NOLA is the creation-in-progress of DJ Boudreaux, a Louisiana native who has spent the last 15 years working in various aspects of the music industry. From recording street musicians and local rappers to rigging and doing audio for the biggest festivals and bands in the US, hes been firmly rooted in his commitment to help facilitate the creative endeavors of musicians. Although DJs resume includes gigs as diverse as Bonnaroo to the Voodoo Music Experience, Tool and NIN, his dream is to provide an intimate setting here in New Orleans that encourages local musicians to create. ArtEgg Studios is the mother ship for Studio 101 NOLA, which is located in New Orleans at the corner of Euphrosine and Broad. Originally the 48,000 square foot American Beauty egg and butter warehouse, ArtEgg is currently home to a vibrant community of artists, collectors, non-profits and craftsmen as well as to the Alliance for Affordable Energys Green Building Resource Center.
