My name is Ngoc Parker and I love my job! I am a Licensed Aesthetician, Manicurist, and Make-up artist. I have been providing high quality services since 1999. The product lines that i use are: Dermalogica for skin care, OPI for nails, and Young Blood & Bare Minerals for make-up services.
