Located in Fort Worth, Texas, North Riverside Elementary serves students in kindergarten through sixth grade. The school conducts health screenings for vision, hearing, acanthosis nigricans, scoliosis, height and weight of students. It also provides health counseling on chronic illnesses, nutrition, disease prevention and positive lifestyles. In addition, the school organizes parent-teacher conferences regarding the students in kindergarten through grade four, either in person or by telephone during the first nine weeks of instruction. North Riverside Elementary has a cafeteria that serves lunch and breakfast to students. It also offers a counseling program for students, parents and teachers.
