The Dayton Art Institute is a museum of fine arts founded in 1919. Located in Dayton, Ohio, it has a more than 60,000-square-foot building facility, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The museums collection contains more than 20,000 objects spanning over 5,000 years. It also offers various programs and events that include Oktoberfest, Vanguard, Artball and music and film events. It provides a variety of tours for visitors that include permanent collection tours and special exhibitions, and group tours for adults and students.
