Located in Santa Ana, Calif., St. Ednas Nursing Center is operated by Covenant Care and offers a variety of health care services. The center offers weekly rehabilitation conferences, dysphagia programs, discharge planning, home management, caregiver training, cognitive assessment and wound management programs.
