Gunther Field is a baseball field and complex located on Bellmore Avenue in North Bellmore. The location holds many events and games, including for the North Belllmore- North Merrick Little League, softball, baseball tournaments and the Long Island Mudcats.
Train for the Game LI is a group of specialists who offer free sports screenings to athletes of all ages. Screenings consist of individualized assessments of an athlete's flexibility, strength and joint stability and education on proper warm-ups, stretching and posture. After 30 minutes, individuals whose screens indicate a possible risk for injury will be prescribed the appropriate corrective exercises. Call to schedule a screening.
