The Charleston Soccer Dome features one 75-by-125-foot field with lights, three six-aside outdoor fields and field turf. The field can be used for flag football, soccer futsal and dodge ball. Two party rooms featuring an arcade are available for rent. The center offers dodge ball, flag football and ultimate frisbee programs for adults as well as leagues, camps, weekend clinics, sports parties and lock-ins for kids.
The Ponds YMCA is an athletics organization which offers activities, sports and fitness facilities for individuals of all ages. Amenities at The Ponds YMCA include a combined weight and cardio room, two fitness rooms, a family locker room, personal trainers, free child care for children up to age 12, a Kids Zone for children 6-12, two basketball courts, summer camps and youth/adult sports.
Ray Smith was an elite Tae Kwon Do champion as well as a 1998 Tae Kwon Do instructor of the year. Classes are offered for kids and adults.
