Sarasota United Soccer League offers youngsters a place to get in their kicks, literally. The expansive facility has wide open space for the players to run around during practice and games. Several teams of various ages take their stab at the pitch hoping to be the newest homegrown talent on a U.S. World Cup roster one day.
Longwood Athletic Club is a premier tennis facility with 18 courts that are lighted at night and made of a variety of surfaces (12 har-tru, two red clay, and four hard courts). Adult and children's programs are available with qualified tennis instructors. In addition to private lessons, adults may participate in Morning Play and Morning Clinics and Playing Under The Lights or join one of the many competitive leagues.
