American Wagering has a number of subsidiaries, through which it manages race and sports books, and sells and services race and sports book computer systems. Leroys Horse and Sports Place is licensed by Nevada Gaming Commission, and operates the largest number of sports book locations within the state of Nevada, where a customer may place wagers on sporting events, such as football, basketball, baseball and hockey games. A second subsidiary, CBS, specializes in computerized bookmaking systems, and designs, sells and services sports and race book computer systems for the sports betting industry. It is one of the leading providers of such equipment and software, providing wagering systems for a majority of the sports and race books in Nevada. AWI Manufacturing, another wholly owned subsidiary of American Wagering, is licensed as a manufacturer and distributor by the Nevada Gaming Commission.
