Owners Jim and Jeanette Bell are experienced in managing weddings and events, and they include wedding coordination services in their site fee. These services include ordering rentals, rehearsing the processional and recessional, assisting with decorating and more. Flying Cloud also features a large indoor equestrian center and can organize a vaulting or dressage exhibition in conjunction with your event; the exhibition can be viewed through a large pane of glass from the luxurious dining room. Flying Cloud has a long list of recommended vendors for events (listed on the website) and also offers boarding services to a limited number of horses.
