The Seven Oaks Community Center is a members-only club that serves the age 55 and over residents of the Seven Oaks community. There are several amenities in the center, including a heated pool, auditorium and library with a constantly updated selection of new releases. Classes and activities are held on a regular basis and offer a great opportunity for members to get to know one another. Activities include bunco, ceramics, croquet, dance, quilting, drama, yoga, tai chi and many others.
Personally Fit provides individuals of all ages with comprehensive physical therapy and fitness services. Physical therapy services include the treatment of sports, orthopedic and accident injuries, spine care, geriatric care and post-surgery care. Fitness services include access to the fitness equipment and exercise classes.
The fitness center is available to use for rehabilitative reasons and general fitness reasons with optional personal training. Personally fit offers classes in yoga, pilates, stretching, dance, body sculpting, body conditioning, circuit training and tai chi.
The Rancho Bernardo 24 Hour Fitness is a community-oriented active level club that has been around since 1985. There is not a pool at this location, but there are basic cardio and weight machines. The most popular classes are silver sneakers and zumba. There are seven personal trainers, and free seven-day passes are available for potential new members.
