Tucked away off Old Yarmouth Rd., The Dugout is a baseball and softball training facility. The public is welcome at the indoor batting cages. Open only by appointment during the season, The Dugout does have regularly scheduled hours from December through April.
Hyannis Yacht Club is a private club founded in 1927. Its goal is to promote the sport of yachting. Its location on scenic Lewis Bay and access to Nantucket Sound creates an ideal opportunity for the club to host many sailing events. Originally privately owned, this popular 18-hole par 72 is now owned by the town of Hyannis. This public course is opened year round and offers all the services desired by indiviual golfers or large groups. Annual tournaments include the Cape Cod Open. Each season brings unique challanges on this course. Ride it or walk it this is one you will remember!
The Fitness 500 Club offers memberships for use of the gym and classes, which include body pump, spinning, yoga and Pilates. The gym has an upscale, yet friendly, atmosphere. The locker rooms are clean, and there is a steam room, as well as showers with rain showerheads.
Dance Designs was founded in 1985 by Susan Friedman, who went on to open this Hyannis location in 1993. Classes offered include creative movement, basic ballet, ballet/pointe, tap, jazz, ballet/jazz and lyrical dance. Wedding preparation and ballroom dance are also offered. All classes are available to children, teens and adults.
The Spa at Sea Street is a lovely and relaxing place to visit. The friendly staff offer many services. It can do manicures with and without polish, nail repair, and also pedicures. The Spa at Sea Street does facials, eye treatments, waxing and massages as well.

USA Kung Fu Academy is located in the Airport Business Center on Plant Road in Hyannis. One of three area locations, this center offers Kung Fu training for mind, body and spirit for children and adults of all skill levels. Hyannis Anglers Club is a private club for members only. Membership is available for a yearly fee. It was formed in 1999 by four local fisherman and was incorporated on January 1, 2000. In 2004 the club purchased the building which is its present site. There are now over 400 members and it is open year round. Members can eat at its full restaurant and participate in the fishing tournaments and many social activities that are offered. The club is scenically located across the street from the Hy-Line ferries.
Doyle's Martial Arts Center is a friendly, family-run business and member of the BB hall of fame. It was voted best karate school in 2007 but offers more than that. It has been teaching on Cape Cod for more than twenty years and offers classes in self-defense, wrestling, boxing, karate, tai chi, tae kwon do, kickboxing, fighting games and more. It sells jerseys, protective gear, martial arts uniforms, sparring gear and boxing gloves. It serves men, women and children and two free trial lessons are given.
International Martial Arts Academy has been in operation since its owner, Keith Rosary, returned to his childhood home on Cape Cod after 25 years in Hollywood, Calif. Since 2007, he has run Cape Cod's first mixed martial arts studio that pays homage to all martial arts systems. He is an internationally recognized seventh-degree black belt (Grand Master) who started his career as a bodyguard for some of show business' biggest names. Grand Master Rosary focuses on the mental, physical and spiritual aspects of his students' personal development. Classes are available to anyone 5 years old and over.
