Train for the Game LI is a group of specialists who offer free sports screenings to athletes of all ages. Screenings consist of individualized assessments of an athlete's flexibility, strength and joint stability and education on proper warm-ups, stretching and posture. After 30 minutes, individuals whose screens indicate a possible risk for injury will be prescribed the appropriate corrective exercises. Call to schedule a screening.
