The Lindbergh Pool is a public pool that is owned and operated by the Renton School District, but is available for use by all residents of Renton. The complex is comprised of a shallow pool that is 4.5’ deep and 35’ x 42’ and a six-lane lap pool that is 4.5’ to 11’ deep and 25 yards long. Both pools are heated to eighty-five degrees. There are stairs, ladders and a hydraulic lift to help swimmers in and out of the pool. The pool is used for group and private swimming lessons, open swim, water exercise classes, lap swimming, diving, competitive lessons and high school swim team use. There is also a water slide, a diving board, a rope swing and a water walkway. The pool is available to rent for all types of private parties and events.

There is also a bath house, lockers and The Shark Bites Café. The outside of the center is decorated with a refurbished 1960s dolphin sculpture, a large wall mural of spawning salmon and a 27-foot stainless steel mural of the Duwamish Indian Tribe and the pool's namesake, Henry Moses.

The water depth of the pool is 3-1/2 feet in the shallow end, 6-1/2 feet in the deep end and 12 feet in the diving well. Its Renton location is the Virginia Mason Athletic Center (VMAC) and is the second-largest facility in the NFL. This 200,000 square foot waterfront facility is located on the banks of Lake Washington on 19 acres of industrial property. It houses a permanent indoor practice facility and the team’s entire front office. In addition, there are three outdoor practice fields, 50,000 square feet of training facility space, 15,000 square feet of player meeting space and 48,000 square feet of administrative office space. VMAC allows fans to watch practice during training camp.
