Elk Grove Martial Arts Academy is located in old town Elk Grove and run by black belt instructor Patrick Kelly. The small studio, located next to Hot Rod Imports, offers instruction for students of all ages and abilities. Elk Grove Martial Arts Academy teaches kicking, striking, trapping, joint locking, throwing, grappling and some weapon management. It is open six days a week and has been in business since 1986.
