This facility includes a fully equipped strength-training gym and indoor batting cages. While IST does offer general fitness programs designed to increase and fine-tune an individual's athletic skills, like yoga classes, the specialty here is on baseball. With a staff that includes former major league players and area coaches boasting decades of experience in the game, IST offers a full baseball curriculum, including after school programs, summer baseball camps, and private baseball instruction year round.
