North East Ice Skating Managers Association is a member-only organization that hold seminars for managers of ice rinks. The seminars pertain to information on safety, maintenance, air quality and rink equipment for ice arenas such as the Douglas N. Everett Arena located off of Exit 14 on I-93. The organization was established in 1972 and has members from 22 states. It holds meetings, spring conferences and trade shows, and has annual fees.
Elite Sports Performance, established in 2003, helps athletes reach their full athletic potential through rigorous training. Programs include one-on-one, individual and team training. Off-season training is also available.
4D Technologies produces and publishes educational software for CAD and BIM platforms. The company serves a broad range of industries, such as government, education, manufacturing and architecture.
The office space is located within the ColdStream Office Park, which has clean architecture and well-maintained gardens.
Tuck Field, the area behind the Tuck Museum buildings, is a public playing field. Designed by Ira Jones and funded by Edward Tuck, the fields are used for baseball, tennis, soccer, softball, football and summer daycamp programs.
There are also two playgrounds, one on each side of the museum. One is for children aged 2 through 5, the other is for children of all ages.
