Located in Las Vegas, the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation is a state and federally funded program that includes housing assistance and job search, retention and placement assistance services. The program also includes career counseling, support and training-related services. In addition, the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation includes transportation, rehabilitation technology and therapeutic treatment services. The program additionally includes interpretation services for individuals with visual and hearing impairments. The Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation is administered by the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation, which operates through equal rights commission, employment security, and information development and processing divisions. The department provides operating system support and recruitment assistance services.
