Central Pennsylvania Community Action, also known as CPCA, is a nonprofit organization that offers a variety of services for low-income individuals and families in rural and urban areas of Centre and Clearfield counties in Pennsylvania. Central Pennsylvania Community Action s consumer information program includes energy choice education and budget and credit counseling assistance.
