District Court No. 41 is one of 100 in the state of Michigan. It handles traffic violations and hears both criminal and civil cases including small claims and landlord-tenant disputes. Civil disputes seeking money damages cannot exceed $25,000.00 in district court. The 41-A District Court also conducts weddings on Fridays at 11 am and 3 pm. There is a $10.00 fee.
