Triangle Center is a nonprofit corporation governed by a volunteer board of directors. It exists as a health care institution to advance and promote patient well being, to educate the community and to do this through a process of adaptation and improvement. Triangle Center offers an array of inpatient and outpatient chemical dependency programs for adults, outpatient services for youth and workplace programs for employers. It utilizes patient placement guidelines promulgated by the American Society of Addiction Medicine. Prevention and education programs are available for all ages. The Illinois Department of Human Services Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse licenses Triangle Center to provide substance abuse and chemical dependency treatment services. It is also certified to provide services to Medicaid recipients. Triangle Center is located in Springfield, Ill.
