Established in 1977, the Los Caballeros Racquet & Sports Club in Fountain Valley, Calif., is a private exercise facility that stresses both mental and physical fitness. It offers aerobics, yoga, aquatics, basketball, handball, martial arts, personal training, racquetball, squash and tennis. There is also the Los Cab Trail Seekers, which is a group of outdoor enthusiasts who get together to explore local trails. Its adventures vary in length and difficulty from moderate to challenging. The Los Cab Summer Sports Camp is designed to provide instruction and development of fundamental motor skills for children between the ages of five and 13. Los Cab is a proud member of the International Health, Racquet, and Sports Club Association.
