The Fox Hills Pool is located on Fox River Drive one block east of Opdyke Road. It is a seasonal community pool that offers swim classes, recreational swimming and competitive swimming. The facility also offers a picnic area, a snack bar and tennis courts.

The Forest Hills Swim Club in Birmingham is an exclusive, private club. The secluded facilities have nested in Birmingham for more than 15 years. Members have access to a 25-meter outdoor pool with diving boards, a grassy area with lounge chairs, a covered picnic area with concession stand and a toddler pool for children up to age four. Forest Hills offers free swim classes for members. The Water Hog Swim Team meets here, and any school-aged child is welcome to join.
