Established in 2003, the Aspen Recreation Center, also known as the ARC, is a family entertainment center that offers various social and amusement services for children, youths and adults. It features a more than 30-foot climbing tower, swimming pool, ice arena, and cardio exercise and weight rooms. The Aspen Recreation Center offers several sledding programs and fitness and wellness classes. It conducts group and private ice skating lessons, as well as yoga, Pilates and aquatic body conditioning exercise sessions. The center also offers weight loss and aerobics training programs that focus on kick boxing, water jogging and the development of healthy lifestyle. Located in Aspen, Colo., The Aspen Recreation Center is a part of Aspen Parks & Recreation, which manages various amusement centers and offers a range of entertainment programs.
