The Drexel Swim Club, which is privately owned by its members, has two swimming pools, including a larger pool with a slide and diving board. The smaller pool is a wading pool for children. The complex also has a basketball court, playground area, snack bar and changing area. The Drexel Swim Club sponsors swim teams for children of different ages.
Since 1956, the Rose Tree Woods Swim Club has provided a cool refreshing place to beat the heat during those long, hot summer days and nights. It's a fun filled atmosphere at the pool in Wayne. There is a large red winding water slide leading into the large pool and a small waterfall structure for the smaller children to enjoy. The swim club offers a large picnic area with picnic tables of course, on the surrounding areas of the pool. The pool is available for rent by members only and it is also frequently the host of swimming events and classes.
