Ramat Shalom is one of the oldest synagogues in Broward County, Florida. The congregation was founded in 1976 as a small, Jewish discussion group that met in members homes. The group quickly grew into a synagogue with many members, a rabbi, a building, and an organized school. Despite its increase in size, the congregation has never lost the small, intimate feeling that characterized Ramat Shalom from the outset. We are an incredible community of Jews who care for each other, celebrate with each other, and grow with each other. We invite you to make Ramat Shalom your Jewish home. If you have any questions about our community, please feel free to speak directly with our Rabbi, Andrew Jacobs, when you visit with us. You can also give him a call at the synagogue ( 954-472-3600 ) or send him an e-mail by clicking HERE. Our office staff is also happy to answer any questions you might have. You can reach us at the synagogue ( 954-472-3600 ) or e-mail us by clicking HERE.
