Shir Tikvah is a Reform Jewish congregation located two blocks south of Lake Harriet. The synagogue holds Shabbat services every week. Religion classes are offered for preschoolers through 10th graders. Shir Tikvah also provides adult education, and is active in a number of social justice causes.
Kenesseth is a modern, Orthodox Jewish congregation serving the St. Louis Park area. It provides a warm and welcoming environment to about 120 member families. Kenesseth also features various youth programs and an in-house spiritual health and wellness program.
This large, Conservative Jewish synagogue prides itself on being a warm and welcoming spiritual hub in St. Louis Park. This means that beyond offering regular services, Beth El also routinely hosts Bar Mitzvahs and other traditional Jewish events. Additionally, the connected Aleph Preschool is available to young learners.
