The Seeds for John XXIII Catholic Community were sown on October 11, 1962, when Pope John XXIII presented his opening speech at Vatican Council II. He Prayerfully exhorted the bishops of the world to open their minds and hearts to the promptings of the Holy Spirit in their deliberations. "Illuminated by the light of this Council, the Church we confidently trust-- will become greater in spirtual riches and gaining strenght of new energies there from, she will look to the future without fear. In fact, by bringing up to date where required, and by wise organization of mutual cooperation, the Church will make men, women, families and peoples turn their minds to heavenly things." John XXIII

Foothills Fellowship exists to be a worshiping community of Gods people whose lives are shaped by the life, death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. We participate in the mission of Gods kingdom by proclaiming the good news. We believe in the 9-core values: Jesus Christ, the head, Biblical leadership, everyone a minister, ancient & future worship, hospitality without exception, unity in the community, intentional families, global mission, and holistic discipleship. God has created us to worship Him. Throughout the Bible this is the essential activity amongst the Covenant community of Gods people. The scriptures indicate that worship is the only activity of this life which will continue in the life that is yet to come in Christ. That places an unusual emphasis on worship. Therefore, at Providence Presbyterian Church we take the worship of God very seriously. We seek to make our worship as pleasing to the Lord as possible. We believe only God has the right to decide what pleases Him. Therefore, we seek to follow as closely as possible the guidelines for worship provided in the Bible. We hope our services are characterized by reverence for a holy God and joy expressed from hearts sovereignly redeemed by grace. We consider worship our greatest privilege and highest duty and invite you to join in the worshiping of our Living God with us.

WHAT WE BELIEVE . . .

We adhere to the Westminster Confession of Faith and the Larger and Shorter Catechisms as faithful summaries of the teaching of the Bible. In brief form, here are the key areas of our doctrinal position at Providence Presbyterian Church.

- We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
- We believe the Bible is inspired by God, wholly without error as originally given, and our only infallible and authoritative rule of faith and practice.
- We believe Jesus is God and is both Lord and Head of His Church, The Body of Christ.
- We believe all men are by nature and choice sinful and separated from God.
We believe in salvation by grace alone through faith alone which is in Christ Jesus alone.
- We believe in righteous living and Godly works produced by faith and the Holy Spirit.
- We believe in the importance of Biblical church government which has elders who guide the local body, and deacons who minister to the material needs of the congregation.
- We believe there are two Sacramental ordinances: Baptism and the Lord

Holy Spirit Cathedral is an American Catholic Community located in Albuquerque, New Mexico (USA). Holy Spirit Cathedral believes in the ancient Catholic faith and the continuous outpouring of the Holy Spirit. We trace our heritage and apostolic succession through the Old Catholic Church, which seceded from Rome in 1870, due to the new dogmas of papal infallibility and universal supremacy. Since then we have carefully maintained our Apostolic Succession, preserving the validity of our Holy Orders and Sacraments. Holy Spirit Cathedrals mission is to develop committed relationships between the people of Albuquerque and Jesus in His Word and Sacraments. Holy Spirit Cathedral is a loving community of believers who are excited about serving the Lord and loving all people. We believe in a God who is really interested in our lives and who genuinely loves us. It is our desire to encourage you to grow in your knowledge and love of the Lord. Holy communion is open to all baptized Christians regardless of your denominational affiliation. We do not bar you from the Lords table because of past mistakes, a divorce, or other failing. God loves you and invites you into fellowship with Him. Because we are Charismatic, we believe that God has gifted every believer in some way to serve His Church and society. We can help you discover your calling and help you develop your spiritual gift. Our rite is called Charismatic because we believe in spiritual gifts and in the moving of the Holy Spirit. Although we follow a set liturgy, we also allow the operation of the gifts of the Spirit. When you visit us you will find our music more contemporary, our liturgy in plain English, and our sermons Bible based. Are you hungry for something more than church as usual? Do you want to experience the presence of God? Are you ready to be accepted for who you are now, instead of being judged for your past mistakes? Why not come and visit Holy Spirit Cathedral? Everyone is welcome to come and worship with us.Service Times:Saturday- 5:00pm English MassSunday - 10:30am English MassSunday - 12:30pm Spanish Mass Tuesday - 6:30pm Choir Practice if you can sing or play an instrument you are welcome.Wednesday - 10:30am Mass (for the developmentally challenged and disabled adults)**Womens Group meets 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm Friday - 7pm Breakthrough ( last Friday of the month)
