This Jewish Reform congregation is  the smallest of its kind in Milwaukee. It was originally  founded in 1955 by a small group of Jewish families and the first rabbi at this location was Rabbi Jay R. Brickman, who came from Staten Island, NY.

The most recent renovation was concluded in 2006, expanding the synagogue to its current size. Rabbi David Cohen and Cantor Rebecca Robins are currently the congregation's religious leaders.

Since its inception, the church services conclude by attendees proclaiming: “If you obey God, he’ll bless you real good.” In honor of his grandparents, Pastor Marlon Lock has started a music label with this name and it is an official registered trademark.
