The Maple YMCA is located in Kalamazoo, Mich., and is a part of the Kalamazoo County Family YMCA, which has been operational for more than 100 years. The parent organization offers a variety of sports activities, such as basketball, tennis and football. Its fitness program includes classes in yoga, Pilates, martial arts, step aerobics, cycling and cardio kickboxing.
