In residence at Fontbonne University, the Mustard Seed Theatre puts on performances that deal with and explore issues of faith and society. Past seasons' performances have included The Chosen, Shadowlands, Fires in the Mirror and Fiddler on the Roof. The artistic director at the theater is Deanna Jent. Artists in residence include Leslie Wobbe, Gary Wayne Barker, Kareem Deanes, Peggy Billo, Gary Glasgow, Kelley Ryan, Nancy Lewis and Michael Sullivan. The Loretto-Hilton Center is a performing arts theater on the Webster University campus. The center is home to two professional acting companies, The Rep and the Opera Theatre of Saint Louis, as well as the Webster University theatre arts department. The center is composed of two stages -one auditorium and one blackbox theater- dressing rooms, studios and scene, costume and prop shops.
