Town Title handles residential and commercial real estate sales and refinances for properties throughout the state of Florida. Our title insurance policies are underwritten by Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and Ticor Title Insurance Company. I am a native of Palm Beach County and have resided here my entire life. I earned a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate from Florida Atlantic University. While still in college, I began working for my parents title insurance company (Community Title Corp ) in West Palm Beach. After graduating from college, I opened a satellite branch in Jupiter. Town Title was opened in 2002 as an independent title agency. I live in Jupiter Farms with my husband and two young daughters. I enjoy spending time with my family and being involved in my daughters various sporting and outdoor activities. My hobbies are biking, boating, home improvement projects and crafting with my daughters. Meghan has been with Town Title since 2003. She started in a part-time position. She worked her way up to administrative assistant and is a valuable asset to Town Title. Meghan was born and raised in Jupiter and currently resides in Port St. Lucie with her husband and daughter. Sue, Quins mother, was born and raised in Palm Beach County. She has been in the title industry since 1976 and owned and operated Community Title Corp in West Palm Beach for 25 years. After selling her company, she joined the staff of Town Title. Sue lives with her husband in Hobe Sound and now divides her time between working in the office and taking care of her granddaughters.
