Alongside the usual food stands, you'll also find helpful booths that share healthy recipes, present educational activities or highlight community groups. Theme days at the market focus on resident or broader issues, such as pedestrian concerns or climate change. Finally, to be sure everyone can load up on the good eats, SNAP, Union Square Market Tokens, and Farmers Market WIC coupons are accepted for payment (as are cash and credit).
