Founded in 1966, Oklahoma Tank Lines/United Petroleum Transport is a provider of transport services to large oil companies, convenience store operators and petroleum marketers. The company primarily transports refined petroleum products but also hauls complementary products, such as asphalt, lube oils and petrochemicals. Its fleet consists of more than 500 trucks, including stainless steel trailers especially designed for transporting products such as petrochemicals, caustics napthas, solvents, mineral spirits, anti-freezes and lubricating oils. Oklahoma Tank Lines/United Petroleum Transport also operates dedicated aluminum product trailers, which are designed to haul aviation fuels. The company has operations in Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, Arizona and New Mexico. Oklahoma Tank Lines/United Petroleum Transport employs more than 80 people and maintains a location in Tulsa, Okla.
