Visa services are available on non-holiday weekdays from 9am to noon (for applications by appointment and visa pick-ups) and from 2pm to 3pm (for pick-ups), with a processing time of up to ten business days. Visa services are by appointment only and the consulate does not accept or return applications by mail.
