The Public Services Department is administered by the government of the City of Vista in California. The department serves the citizens of the city through the maintenance of various public infrastructure, such as streets, lights, traffic signals, trees, drains, sewers and vehicles. It is responsible for graffiti removal and solid and household hazardous waste management and collection. The department operates street support, wastewater and park maintenance divisions. It provides budget preparation services and office management assistance through its public works administration division. The Public Services Department also operates a fleet maintenance division that is responsible for the purchase and maintenance of city vehicles and equipment.
